  1. ~WELCOME TO THE TENTH 'NEW ZEALAND AMIGA USERS GROUP' NEWSDISK, MARCH 1988`

  3. This disk is bootable (1.2)- please boot it up on your machine, otherwise
  4. things may not work properly.  Well the colours would be wrong for a start!
  5.      You can view any of the text or picture files by opening their icons
  6. (double clicking).  The textfiles are all displayed by a tool called Ty.
  7. Hit the HELP key to get help .  You can scroll through the text using the
  8. arrow keys, (shift-up and shift-down scroll a page at a time), and search
  9. for a string withthe '/string' command.  The end of the file is marked by
  10. the word ~END`.  You can look at files in sequence by using 'extended
  11. selection' (hold down SHIFT as you select more than one file) and double
  12. clicking the last icon, you then use Ty's N(ext) and P(revious) commands
  13. to step through the files. To exit : hit the ESC key.
  14.    The pictures are displayed with the latest version of Display,
  15. to exit from it you must click on the close gadget that is hidden in
  16. the top left hand corner of the screen....
